Chip Neal

Chip Neal serves as Vice President of Sales at Abacus Technologies, where he works with clients to identify the right technology solutions to address their business challenges. Whether supporting SOC audits, risk assessments, compliance needs, or broader IT initiatives, Chip helps organizations align the right tools and strategies to achieve secure, scalable growth.

With more than 30 years of experience in sales leadership and business development, Chip brings a practical, results-driven approach to helping clients navigate complex technology decisions. He focuses on building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering solutions that improve performance, reduce risk, and support long-term success.

Prior to joining Abacus in 2021, Chip held senior leadership roles at Boston Scientific, as well as positions with IKON Office Solutions and Pitney Bowes.

Chip was born and raised in South Carolina. He has been married to his wife for over 30 years, and they have three adult daughters. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, and exercising.
